We are a growing management company that happens to get paid on what we collect for our clients.  The very first few things that we will do if selected as your business partner will be:

·     Review your managed care contracts – Are there contracts that you should not be in, are there contracts that need to be renegotiated? Have the managed care companies been honoring your fee schedule  or have they changed the fees you thought they should pay?

      Review your fees – To insure that your fees are on a relative value relationship and that future price quotes from managed care organizations can be evaluated easily and quickly.

      Give you an internal Medicare Compliance Audit - Review your coding practices and your billing practices and deliver a written report to identify any problem areas.  This proactive approach can minimize any billing fines and shows Medicare that you have an outside professional organization reviewing and working with your compliance effort.
